How do I post a custom background to go out with each of my emails?

I want the backdrop of all my emails to go out with a display of my web site and a link to click and take them to it.

What do you use to create your e-mails?  Outlook? Outlook Express? Incredimail? Webmail?  Which one?

You can write an email using HTML just like a web page.  This can include images (making sure the source begins with http://)  or just colors and layout.  I recommend w3schools.com as a great way to learn HTML.  Also keep in mind that some email services wont read HTML 'though most modern ones will.
