The 5 individual board members of our social club need to post messages to the other members of the board on occasion without sending these messages to the membership as a whole.

Can this be done and how?

  1. In Yahoo Groups you need to go to the members section. Under their name it will say email member(or something like that), click on that and this will enable yo to send a direct personal email to that person only. Hope this helps.

  2. has to be done via their own e-mail- Yahoo groups does not allow you to pick and choose which posts get sent to members, unless you look them up in the members list and if they have 'send message' below their ID's.

anything sent to the groups posting address goes to the whole group
