How do I post on freecycle that it is pending?

What is the correct post for an item that is pending and how do you do it?

If it is for an item that is promised but not yet gone, we allow TAKEN: (pending pickup).

But Offer + pending pickup + Taken are a bit much for one item. So we encourage Offer + Taken.

when you do post and it says pending, it means that your post waits for approval by group moderators before it will be posted to the group. Pending features is available for groups with "moderated posts".

There isn't a correct post for pending... freecycle doesn't allow pending posts, since they'd clutter up the board with unnecessary messages

If you mean an item you offered is taken pending pickup, you should read the group rules before posting it.  Most Freecycle group owners do not allow you to do that - they want members to only post the offer and post again when item has been picked up.  If they allow it, the owner will include in the group rules exactly how to word a post for a "taken pending pickup".
