How do I post photos from flickr?

I wanna post some photos to a forum on another site. I tried going to the flickr help forum to ask this, but it's not working right now, at least not on my computer.

-choose the photo you wish to post in flickr and go to it's page

-copy the address of this page from the address bar in the browser

-paste it below where is says, "flickr photo page link"

-right above the image you will find an "Al Sizes" button - click it

-choose the size you wish to post

-scroll down to the part that says, "2. Grab the photo's URL:"

-copy that url/link address

-paste it below where it says, "flickr image link"
