How do I post to multiple Freecycle groups at one time?

I am a member of multiple Freecycle groups and would like to know how I go about posting to all these groups at one time instead of posting to each one individaully.

In your compose box click on  add BCC.   along the top.  Enter the email addresses  or names seperated by a comma on the BCC line then follow the prompts.
