I'm assuming that I dry it first, but do I use just the flower, or the stem, or both?

  1. I just use the dried flowers.

  2. no it doesnt have to be dried out, here are the steps:

an infusion is made by pouring boiling water over an amound of the herb, to extract the properties.

    1. place the herb in a teapot with a close fitting lid, pour in boiling water. leave to infuse for upto 10mins.

    2. strain through a sieve or strainer into a cup, store remainder in a jug and refridgerate

    quantites:

25g dried herb or 50g fresh herb to 500mls of boiling water

    standard doses:

    1 teacuop 3 times daily.

    good luck!!

  3. The Flower.  Some stem won't hurt but too much will change the taste.
