Question:

How do I prevent from catching someone's cold?

My mom got sick, then my brother, then my sister. I'm leaving out of town to go on vacation next week and I'm afraid I will be sick! I've been taking Airborne, drinking a lot of juice with 100% vitamin C, and washing my hands often when I can. I'm not even sure if taking Vitamin C will even will make a difference. What else can I do to prevent from getting sick? Staying away from them isn't really an option since I live with them.

  1. Keep doing what you are doing. Maybe talk to your doctor and see if there is any vitamin supplements that can help you strengthen your immune system.

  2. keep washing your hands. Keep fingers out of eyes and nose

  3. that will work forsure.

my moms best friend has been taking airborne for a long time.

she hasnt gotten sick in over 2 years!

  4. Keep doing what you are doing.  Also drink a lot of water and just take in all kind of vitamin c.  You can also try spraying door k***s with lysol.  Good Luck!

  5. Just do what you keep doing that's your best bet. Also I had that problem once. I know I couldnt stay away from them, but doing what you do is okay.
