Question:

How do I prevent from hurting tommorow?

I was dancing for about 3 hours straight tonight to some techno music(insane dancing) and Now I'm starting to feel it lol...Tommorow- I REALLY don't want to wake up to any sensation of pain..Is there anything I can do or take to prevent it?

  1. take an ice bath


  2. A warm bath and some stretching might help.

  3. If you stretch before you dance next time.

    stretching is very good for you so i suggest it if you are really dreading the after effect from your dancing.

    plus a hot bath or shower and maybe get someone to give you a relaxing massage
