Ok first of all I know the obvious one don't drink too much and no your limit but wheres the fun in that.I've heard stuff like make sure you don't drink on an empty stomach and don't start drinking right after eating give it a while.I've heard eating bread and drinking a pint of milk before ya go out coats your stomach and therefore helps prevent you from getting sick.I've heard drinking a few actimels before you go out helps prevent sickness. So is there anything you can take, or you can eat or drink before going out to help prevent yourself from getting sick (ie vomiting) and anything you can take, eat or drink to help prevent a hangover the next day.

  1. ha, you want the crazy life of drinking possibly past your limit, you must embrace the equally crazy life of potentially puking your guts out later!

    live on the edge, sugar!

hangover prevention- don't drink alcohol with too much sugar in it (like fancy blue martinis, etc). drink a big glass of water before you sleep. these 2 things cause most hangovers

(stupid footnote, if interested: your body takes in alcohol and when digested it turns in to acetaldehyde. it is poison, like formaldehyde, right? Body has an enzyme called acetaldehyde dehydrogenase that takes the poison and makes it harmless, you pee and it's gone. alcohol poisoning comes when you drink more than the enzyme can handle, so the poison builds up inside you. )

    be careful, have fun

  2. i drink a pint of cream before starting my binge, and at the end of the night take 2 tylenol 3's. i take them with a glass ans  1/2 of cranberry juice. in the morning have a few stiff drinks. works most of the time.

  3. Drink a glas of water in between every, or every few drinks. The alchol dehydrates your system, the water will help with that and the next day results. Your on your own with the vomiting....

  4. wow, you need more to do so you dont have to ask something like this, do other things to occupy your time than drinking so much that you make an as* outta yourself

  5. some people to cure a hangover the next day drink more, it works but its not good and stop drinking so much you shouldn't need drink to have fun =/

  6. The combination of drinks is also important, as beer followed by wine should not lead to being sick, but wine, then beer does not mix well.

I have heard that German beers like Beck's are purer than others, as they do not leave congeners in the bloodstream, unlike other lagers.

  7. Milk thistle - take it before and after you drink. It stops you from dehydrating from alcohol and helps protect your liver.

Get it from the health food shop

  8. You're best getting to the happy stage and then slowing down.  Just have odd sip after that to keep yourself topped up.  If you keep drinking you'll end up in the land of vomit & there's no fun in that.  If you go to far in Australia we have a product called Borocca that's a favourite drinking remedy.  It's like a multi vitamin, body salts type tablet that puts good nutrients back into your system.  It wasn't designed for post drinking symptoms but is used for it.  Maybe you've got a similar product where you live?

  9. Drink loads of water inbetween, and after the drinking.

Eat something with fat the morning after. Preferably bacon and eggs, or some fat fish.

  10. if you know that getting pissed makes you vomit, why are you dopy enough to carry on with it?!  Drink less and stop being such a t**t

  11. my god im a liteweight, i eat n den drink...vomit

    drink on empty stomache...vomit

    i need advice too =[

  12. change your drink, obviously you are intolerant to what you usually drink.  I couldnt touch and beer, lager, etc or I would be puking.  Even any of the sugary alco pops turn my stomach....yet I can drink wine and vodka til it comes out my ears.....lol

  13. don't drink. My aunt was 78 and had never had a drink in her life.

Alcohol doesn't do you any good. If you don't want to get sick just don't drink. It's not that hard.

  14. A full English Breakfast will sort you out.

  15. I can't drink much either and I never found anything which worked. I just don't drink! I still have a very good time and obviously I never get a hangover.
