How do I print off passport sized photos using paint in Accesories?

I need a passport sized photograph, but it isn't for a passport. I read somewhere you can do this using paint. Can anyone explain how I could do this?

Using Paint to do Passport size photo is a bit hard... the easiest and cheapest way is to use the following site. it will help you to corp your pic and make it the right size for 6" by 4" print to let you print from your own printer or local print places.

(there might be better web sites, but this one is the one i always use.)

import it to paint

resize it to whatever the size of a passport pic is
