How do I promote my website more?

I have advertised in a couple of mags. I have advertised on relevant directories. I have just created a yahoo group for my website.

Any other ideas?

I suggest you contact me directly or at my website at [e-mail] for more answers.

I suggest you write, or have a writer write, a press release that educates people about solutions to Their problems, not so much an advertisement, but an educational experience that anyone could have presented from any similar company as yours. This helps build your credibility.

I also suggest that along with the press release that you send to the editors you submit a free brochure to anyone who responds to the free offer from the press release. You will then receive prospects and their addresses and more. That's a jump on the time it takes to find them!

Then follow through with calls and determine if another release is necessary due to the success and demand of your literature and continue the process.

Remember that the website is only a tool, and can be used together with other tried and proven tools such as direct mail and advertising which it appears you have done.

I suggest http://www.sellit-right.com/ they allow urls too and not too picky. edit whenever you like.

-Id also suggest allowing comments on your blog(s).

-Create a logo and hanf out or put on your vehicle.

-Never spam people or organisations coz that will certainly loose you biz!

-Facebook and Myspace is a great place all you need to do is find serious and open people in these groups.

Write a good SEO optimized article about your website and post them in article directories. If you have good keyword optimized article then obviously traffic will come.

i suggest.. mabey making some buisness cards, mabey posting lots of bullitens on myspace and write about it on yahoo answears and stuff, news travels by word of mouth super quick.. just make it somethin people are intrested in =]
