Wim S has it right, but 'w' in German sounds like 'v'  so it's zelbstbevoost.  : )

sei selbstbewusst (pronounce it like: zai zelbst bewoost) = be self-confident

respektiere andere (pronounce it like: respecteere andere) = respect other (people)

I tried to find something on the internet but couldn't... I think you should get an English-German dictionary to look up the pronounciation.
