How do I propagate my Monkshood plants?

Do I wait for seed, take cuttings or root division? If it's cuttings, what time of year.

I have aconite growing.  Seeds are slow to germinate and can take nearly a month - some say you should plant them in a container, freeze for 3 months and then maintain 20deg to germinate.  I would soak them in warm water for 24hours before planting and then plant on when big enough.  I would wear gloves while doing it though as every part of the plant is poisonous and aconite may get in through a cut.  Root division may be done in the spring. Found this on the Internet too:

"Plant fresh seeds immediately. New offset tubers can be divided in the spring. Bulbils, produced in leaf notches, should be collected and planted before they fall to the ground"
