How do I prove that there is a glitch in the test taking system?

I am taking a distance education program, and I take tests online. They are usually multiple choice and true/false questions. Once I am finished answering the questions, it brings me to a window where I have a chance to review and correct. And then, I click next to view my automatically corrected test.

Now, I noticed that some of the questions in 2 of my last tests were wrong, yet, I remember giving different answers. I brushed the first test off as maybe me accidently choosing the wrong answer. But my most recent test raised alarm bells, as I KNEW I answered those differently.

I emailed my teacher, and he explained the interface of the test, and essentially told me that I was wrong. But I know I had answered those differently. How do I prove this?
