  1. Send 'em a copy of the tuition bill.

  2. Well, a report card will prove that she was enrolled for the prior quarter/semester, and will show the number of credit hours.  But it's very possible that she dropped a class or two without telling you - so before you call your health insurance company for that form, ask your daughter if she's still taking the same number of classes.

  3. Try to possess as much information as you can maybe is one option, however it is time consuming, here is the one i have ever had good experience with.http://insurance.free-onlinetip.info/ins...

  4. Call the ins co co and ask them to send you   a verification of enrollment form. It is possible they will do this automatically.

You then sent it to the college ( business office) and ask them to complete it and send it to the Ins co.

To be acceptable,  it must come to the ins co directly from the college, and it must have the college seal on it.You will probably have to do this every semester, at the beginning of the term.

The colleges get these requests by the hundreds.  They will know exactly what to do.

  5. Most insurance companies have a standard form that the University can complete and use a seal/stamp to show its official.

Some schools also have their own standard document that they will print out and provide to you.

Generally, the documentation must show the number of credit hours, the time frame (ex - Fall Semester 2008), the name of the school, and something showing that its an official document from the school (example  - seal or stamp from the registrar's office, etc.)

A tuition statement alone won't work, because you need to show the number of credit hours.  (Unless, of course, her school's tuition statement contains all the required info for the school.)
