My tooth began to become loose around 5th grade. Now I'm going into 8th grade and its STILL LOOSE!! One part of it is stuck, and the other is loose. When ever i pull, it hurts and whenever i pull and see the gum underneath the tooth, its red and maybe even swollen. My family is on a tight budget right now and they cant really take me to see the dentist.

PLUS, just because of that one tooth, the whole bottom right side of my mouth is all jacked up and crooked, as opposed to my left side which is perfectly straight. HELP!!

  1. Wait until the tooth is loose enough to pull. Pulling a tooth before it's ready will take several tries and will involve lots of screaming and crying from your child. Have your child wiggle the tooth with their tongue several times over the course of two or three days to loosen it up.

Numb the area before you pull the tooth. You can have your child suck on an ice cube or a popsicle to help numb their mouth. You can also give them some infant numbing gel, for teething infants to numb their gum area around the loose tooth.

Hold the loose tooth with your thumb and index finger. Place your index finger on the inside of the tooth and your thumb on the outside. Quickly twist and pull the tooth until the last root is loosened and it pops out.

Stop the bleeding quickly by placing a cold washcloth on the open gum area. Once the bleeding has slowed down, give your child another popsicle or small cup of ice cream to help soothe any pain.

Place the tooth in a small plastic bag and put it under their pillow for the Tooth Fairy to come take it away while they sleep at night.

  2. wait till it falls out

  3. When I was growing up, my older brother tied his loose tooth with dental floss and the other end to the door k**b.  When I opened the door, tooth went flying.  But that was crazy.  Use pliers or a vice grip.

  4. ever seen castaway???

    find an ice skate :D

  5. Grow some balls and use plyers!

  6. don't try to pull it,coz it is better to go to the dentist because there is s possibility that it will get more painful...in the further days.....

  7. Next time you go to the dentist, ask them about it

  8. I had to pull my daughters tooth out last night! Just wiggle it with you tongue lots and then with your finger! Then if it feels like it is hanging by just a tiny bit you can gently pull it out of the socket but be warned DO NOT PULL IT OUT UNTIL IT IS READY! If you do this will really hurt and could cause damage to the socket or underlying tooth! Good luck!

  9. get some ambesol -its a numbing cream, then push and pull it out. You'll have plenty of ambesol for after too. you wont feel anything!

  10. what helped me to loose my tooth was i ate an apple and it got stuck in that lol

try that and see if it works, and if it doesnt take some pain meds and then wait like a half hour to an hour and then just yank it out that way it wont hurt as bad

    hope that helped you out

  11. Ive had success with loose teeth by just applying steady pressure on the tooth that is loose with your finger on both sides till you cant push any more.
