get in to the yahoo page and click on the the new impoved mail icon you shoulld get your information there

Things like the Briefcase on My Yahoo are called modules, and you can add them by clicking on the "Add Content" button.

Then, do a search for "Briefcase" and it will let you add that module to My Yahoo.  You can also change the layout (i.e. where you want that module to show up on your page) at that time.
