How do I put a claim into paypal regarding game chimp - I too have not received my goods ordered 2 weeks ago?

First try and contact the seller of the item, and try to solve it through them. If you have tried and they are not doing anything to fix or solve this, then go to you paypal account for a claim. Once your in your paypal account... Click on:

'Resolution Center'

'Report a Problem'

'Item Dispute'

'Enter your eBay Transaction Number'

and continue from there following the directions!

You need to go straight to the Resolution Center in the Paypal site and put in a claim immediately for this transaction. The other answer has all the correct procedures so follow them and good luck with your claim! I too have lost out on 250GBP and am waiting to see whether I will be able to get my money back!
