How do I put a real picture of myself instead of the avator? ?

go to yahoo 360 and upload a pic of yourself, it will have the option of making your picture the avatar

Make a 360 account, go to edit personal photos, put the file name and set as primary photo. Then on your yahoo answers edit my info page set it to use 360 picture

Upload it onto your yahoo 360 page. Once it is uploaded, go to edit your profile on y!a. then select "My Yahoo 360 Picture" for your avatar.
