How do I put an photo in html of an ebay auction?

I am writing an ebay auction and want to do it in html format. I am fine with the text, I have no idea how to insert a photo into the html that is located on my hard drive. please help.

First upload that picture photobucket and the HTML will be provided for you then insert the code in your Ebay add. If you dont want to create a fre account then just go to http://www.tinypic.com upload the pic and get your HTML code to insert in the add
