  1. okay ha i'm sorta good at explaining this:

okay first, relax.  sit on the toilet with your feet together and knees apart.  feel around for the hole with your tampon.  when putting it in, push it towards your lower back.  then push the appliator in, and pull it out.  make sure to push it up there pretty far, cause if you don't it hurts REALLY bad.  don't worry, it won't go anywhere haha.  make sure to clean really well before you put one in.  that used to happen to me all the time.

    hope i helped (:!

  2. sit on the toilet seat with your legs apart. wipe yourself off, then unwrap the tampon, and with your fingers on the no slip grip thingie, push it up, and push the small end of the applicator inside the big part of the applicator.  itl feel kinda weird, kinda like theres a lot of pressure there.  this will all go away after you pull the applicator out. but make sure before u pull it out that the tampon is high up.  also when your takin in out just slowly pull, and it will hurt a bit when you take the tampon out.

i reccomend platex sport cuz they are really comfy, and the aplicator has a nice shape and they are really easy to put in...

    Good luck :)
