I'm trying to put java apps (.jar and .jad) files on my blackjack ii. Its a samsung phone and i know they want you to download games from the internet from your phone to charge you instead of putting them on from your computer, but of course you can get around that and put on java games from mobilerated.com or getjar.com and other sites. I could on my old samsung phone by using BitPim. I haven't figured out how to get the games to run or find the location on the phone's program files where they will work.

  1. First, you need to have ActiveSync running on the PC. It's on the CD that came with the PPC. If you are running Vista, go to;

    http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/e...

    Using a USB cable, move the .jad and .jar files to the root folder of the PPC. Tap on the .Jad file and it will install the game in the Java folder. Check for it in Programs.

    Hope that helps.
