I don't think you can do that kind of html web designing...

Go to "My Page"  on 360.  Up near the top, you will see "Theme."  This will give you the option to pick from several basic 360 themes, or you can "Customize Your Theme."  This will allow you to upload a background picture.  You can also change some of the basic colors.  You can't use layouts like you can in MySpace or other social networks, but you can still customize it to a certain degree.

At the top of ''my page''

Click your ''customize your own theme''

You can get the wall paper or back ground fron doing a web search on images

Right click this and ''save picture as''

Then you have your picture save and can click it on the browse.
