How do I put music, movie videos in my nokia 5310?

I tried putting music videos into my phone just by dragging from my desktop to the nokia phone, but it says it doesnt support that file. The music file was 3GP and nothing worked. I tried downloading a different video with the same format and nothing happens. Can someone tell me how to put videos on the phone. I havent tried mp4 yet, but It says it take 3GP files, the demo videos have this format, so i dont get it why it doesnt work. HELP ! ! ! ! !
