How do I put music videos into an ipod touch?

When you have the video on your computer, no matter what means you used to get it open itunes and click on file then click add file to library once you have found the file click on open and then it should be in your library.

then just drop into any neccessary playlists and your done!

iPod accepts only MP4 format video, If your video is MP4 video, just follow below steps to add video to iPod.

1. Open iTunes and click "File" to add your videos to iTunes library.

2.Then plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect your iPod as a device. select your iPod device on the left panel of iTunes, click "Movies" tab, check the videos you want to sync and click "Apply", done.

If your video isn't MP4 format, you need third party software to convert video to MP4, I always use Aimersoft iPod Converter Suite, it can easily convert video to ipod with high quality, that's really good, you can check it out here for free:

Very simple process.  Okay, first off do you have an iTunes account?  If you do and you would like to buy the video then the video will appear in your iTunes library.  Then when you plug your iPod into your computer the Syncing screen should come up on iTunes.  At the top of the screen you will see that it says Summary, Music, Movies, TV Shows etc.  Go to summary.  Then press Sync.  The videos should then go to your iPod.

Now if you want to DOWNLOAD them (which by the way is illegal, lol) then you need to have a downloading source such as Limewire.  Download Limewire (it's a very good downloading program which allows you to download songs, music videos, movies and more) and search under the movies category and type in the name of the song you would like.  Lots of video options should come up but only download ones that will work with Quicktime, because if you don't they will not work on your iPod.  When the download is complete it will not go directly into your iTunes Library.  To get it to go to your library go to your documents and fine the program Limewire.  Open Limewire and your songs and videos should all be there.  If not then you have to go to the Saved folder and they will for sure be there.  Then right click on the video you want and a white box will appear giving you choices on what you would like to do with the file that you have just selected.  There should be an option that says Open With and select iTunes.  This will now be in your iTunes library under the file called Movies.  Then when your iPod is plugged in and the syncing screen comes up go to the top again where it says summary, music, movies, etc and select Movies.  There will be a list of all of your movies/videos.  Select which ones you would like on your iPod Touch.  Then press Sync or Apply and they should be in your videos on your iPod.
