How do I put my DVD's on my Zune?

I have DVD movies I want to put on my Microsoft Zune. What kind of software do I need to convert them?

From what I hear, you must get a dvd ripper program, which can be purchased online or at retail (not sure about retail).  Then it will convert the movie to be able to go on the zune.

You just need to convert your DVD to WMV video, then you can add it to Zune software and sync it to your Zune player.
