How do I put my facebook on private?

so only my friends can see the whole thing?

Click the privacy button on the bottom right corner of the screen if you are using new facebook. If not, its at the top right hand corner.

Click profile.

And then you can set your preffered setting, whether you want to hide you picture, in able search, allow only friends to see your profile. All that stuff. Then remember to save,
