  1. for ipod touch, there's an icon on the home page and it says notes. tap it and a keyboard show up and you start typing. i don't think there are notes on any other ipod

  2. for an ipod touch you just tap notes and start typing, but i dont think that on any other ipod you can have notes.

  3. okay first of all to the other person, you can have notes on a regular ipod!!! okay plug in your ipod then as itunes recognizes it go to "my computer" under the start panel. then go to which ever drive that your ipod is in ex{ removable disk (h:)}, or if you have it named then you should recognize it right away, then double click it. and it should take you to where it says playlist and notes and other stuff, double click notes and you should have something that says instructions double click it and open the "instructions" in the notepad app. the when it pops up erase every thing in the file and replace it with whatever you need like song lyrics or whatever, then when your finished go to save as, the type what you want to name it but be sure to put " .txt" {dot "t" "X" "T"} then press close. and when you go back to notes you should see that there is another instructions file. NEVER DELETE THIS!!! this is for copying your notes into, it will replace its self every time!! this will work good luck
