How do I put on makeup?

I want to go to school with a whole new look? How do i apply makeup so that it will looks really natural like Rihanna's look. Also, what is the makeup should i buy?

The next time you are in the make up isle; check out the backs of the make up containers. They give you directions (some visual) on how to apply the make up to achieve a particular look.

Step1

Understand that a 'natural' look is one that uses colors that are right for your skin tone. How much you use, and where, depends on your personal style.

Make sure your concealer is yellow in tone since it mutes imperfections without adding color, giving your skin a natural look.

Step3

Apply foundation that matches your skin tone. The right foundation will seem to disappear on your face. If you are African-American, it's a good idea to have light, medium and dark shades of your foundation to allow for different gradations of color on different parts of your face.

Step4

Apply eye makeup in earthy tones'beige, brown, gold or plum for shadows and brown and charcoal gray for liner and mascara. Skip liner or shadow entirely if you want to keep makeup light.

Choose a blush color that is close to the color of your cheeks after you've exercised.

get the mineral makeup that's out there now. try revlon. it takes some practice but looks so good when you get the hang of it. not too pasty or fake

Go to a mac store or another cosmetic store, like sephora. They can give you a 'makeover' and show you how to apply  everything so you can look awesome!  They can also reccomend what type of makeup you should get. If you have the money, buy the makeup at the cosmetic store. If it's too expensive, write down what you liked, and find similar things at a drugstore like bartells.
