How do I put pictures from a Sony Cybershot onto the computer?

I downloaded the Picture Motion Browser but I clicked Import Media Files and it said no new files were found. I have my camera plugged in and there are 8 pictures on it. How do I get the pictures from my camera to my computer? Thanks

Unplug the USB port and try again.There might be another button on the camera you need to push.

You could just get a card reader, but if not then try to restart the computer, and replug the camera, make sure the camera is in preview mode!
