How do I put pictures from my Palm Centro into the to computer ?

I have the USB cord &I believe I installed what I needed from the CD. But it still won't let me put pictures into my laptop. It's starting to make me madd .):

If you are running a vista computer, the disc that came with the centro, may not work... go to palm and download the desktop for vista.  make sure when you sync the phone you are setting it up that the device overrides the computer...   sync it.. and the photos will be under palm photos in the photo folder.
