  1. You buy an external DVD drive.

  2. Dude....did you seriously have to come all the way to Yahoo Answers to ask that question to get your answer?  Please...a little common sense would help.  How do you play a video tape if you don't have a VCR?  How do you play an xbox game if you don't have Xbox?  How do you get through the day when you don't have a brain?

  3. By purchasing and installing a DVD drive.  Seriously, there is no reason every computer should not have a DVD drive at this point.  You can buy a DVD drive for $12 on newegg.com.

If you absolutely have to install something from a DVD onto a computer without a DVD drive, there is a way, but it involves using a different computer with a DVD drive.  Make an ISO of the DVD using a computer that has a DVD drive (WinISO is a good program for this), then RAR the ISO, making sure to split it into 700MB files.  Burn those files onto discs and then copy them to the computer you want to install the program on.  Once that is done, un-RAR the files, and mount the ISO using a virtual drive such as Daemon tools.

Regardless, you'll still need a DVD drive to read the source disc, and it would probably be easier to at least borrow a DVD drive from a friend if possible.

  4. You can't

  5. you cant. your cd drive cant accommodate a dvd disk bec it is newer tech .its lens cant read the dvd disk but a dvd drive can accommodate a cd drive bec its older tech.
