How do I put some of my songs onto my friend's ipod without deleting all his songs?

My firend asked me to put some of my songs off my ipod onto his ipod but i dont know how to do that without deleting all his songs.

so can someone please tell me how to?

If you're using iTunes, it should appear as "---'s iPod" and such. Around there, there should be something that says UPDATE IPOD MANUALLY. If you see it, click it, and enable it. Then, you can just drag the music you want to his iPod. :D

do NOT do the listed above!

iTunes has a block to prevent such actions..because it means people could share songs for free, obviously they dont want that.  itunes would erase all his songs and THEN put the selected songs onto his ipod.  the only way to do what you want is..

have him download a program that puts songs onto his computer from your ipod, basically it cracks the code and enables your ipod for disc use only.
