How do I put subtitles onto a music video?

Im trying to have the lyrics show during the music video, for an english project.... any pointers you could give me would be great!!

  1. video editing softwares EDIT portion have title/ subtitle/ credits where you can choose format from template, font, color, animation, etc.

    Open video editing software and import video file.

    On EDIT, drag & drop video file to video track of timeline.

    Likewise, drag & drop the template to the title overlay in the timeline, sync and edit to your liking


  2. That should all be in the video editing software !
