How do I put the pipe guard back on the 2005 CRF250R????

My pipe guard on my dirt bike is off right now and I cant figure out how to get it back on....HELP!!! Just how do I attache the guard back on to it ive tried almost everything....

Just leave it off. I have an aftermarket pipe on mine which doesn't even have the s***w holes. You just don't need it.

if its a stock pipe  there are two bolt holes that you thread two bolts into through the holes in the guard ... make sure you have the guard that belongs on your bike

if its an aftermarket pipe then you have to buy the guard that fits the aftermarket pipe

if somthing is that messed up where you cant put it back how its supposed to be

get two new stainless steel hose clamps that will fit around the pipe

buy or borrow a manual rivet gun and two rivets

drill a hole in the center of the hose clamp big enough for the rivet to fit in

get two washers that the head of the rivet wont slip through

but make sure the washer is big enough to not fit through the holes in the guard

rivet the guard to the hose clamps ..and clamp it to the exhaust pipe,  it will work if you dont want to spend the money on new parts and there is no other option but buying them, and it really wont be noticable the hose clamps will be behind the guard

they have s***w holes on them and you s***w it on.........

you don't need that thing anyway
