How do I put tv shows on my ipod?

I bought 5 tv show episodes and they're in my TV Shows section but I don' t know how to get them onto my ipod.

Help?

when you plug in your ipod a screen comes up on itunes

then you should see a bunch of tabs

click on the tab that says tv shows

then select which ones you want to put on your ipod

at the bottom of the screen you then press sync

that should hopefully work
