How do I put videos on my ipod if I'm not using iTunes

I'm really good with computers and technology but lately this has given me a problem. I have a video ipod, by the way. I downloaded music videos not using iTunes and now I have no idea how to get them onto my ipod. Help please? Step by step or a website would be much appreciated.
