  1. Just call and quit!!!!!

  2. talk to your manager but do iy politely jusy in case u need a reference, its worth it in the future. good luck babes!!!

  3. tell your boss you hate the job.  be honest.  tell him/her you're never gonna go back.

Or lie and tell him your pregnant.

  4. go in and do stuff o ut the blu were they can fire u and u can get ur unemployment it be a win - win situation

  5. You could pull a no call no show, and then you won't be left with the daunting task of quitting because odds are, they'll fire you.

  6. Go to your boss and say: "I've been in a financial bind lately and have been looking for a higher paying job to help pay bills. My [friend's/relative's] company has agreed to higher me for a wonderful new position but they have asked that I start tomorrow. I would really like to take this opportunity but I realize that I haven't given you enough notice. I'm really sorry for putting you in this kind of bind but I hope that you understand." Don't give them details about the job if you can help it, but be prepared if they ask you questions. They'll probably wish you luck in your adventures.

  7. Call in sick and then go on some job interviews.  If you get a job today, you can give you two weeks notice tomorrow--you can tell them you got a job for more money.  Those two weeks will go real fast, knowing that you'll be out of there soon.

  8. First, find another job. Then, talk 2 ur boss privately and say, "I have found a better job and will be leaving soon."

    I hope this helped!

    Good luck...

  9. If you don't want a bad reference for your next job I suggest giving them at least a weeks notice.

  10. Well 2 week's notice is customary and professional.  It's also in your best interest in case a future employer calls them for a reference.  The only time I would make an exception to that is if the company was involved in any shady practices.  If you're working fast food, I suppose it's not the end of the world to quit without notice, but it's really best to get in the habit of being professional.  That will help you in the long run.

You don't have to give a reason, although larger, more professional companies might request an exit interview to get your feedback.

Just give notice in writing that says "Company X  With this notice, I hearby am informing you that I am resigning my position with your company.  I am happy to give up to 2 weeks notice, which is desired, would have my last day as xx/xx/xx.  Thank you for the opprtunity to work here.  Sincerely, x*x xxxxxx".  If they are as dissatisfied with you as you are with them, they may not ask for the two week's notice anyway.

  11. Tell them you found another employment opportunity. Say it's better pay, working conditions and great location. Give your two weeks notice. It'll give you a more professional appearance than "I QUIT!"

  12. Same way the guy did in wanted             that was an awesome scene

  13. tell them i quit.

plz don't lik do stupid stuff because then it looks bad on ur record for other jobs.

  14. hehe ^^ juss call your boss and be like im sicken of this job and i wanna quit. thank you ^^ hehe no im just kidding

but juss call in and tell the truth ^^

  15. Do you need it for reference for another job?  NOPE? - Just don't go, they will get the idea.

  16. I would never quit one job without having another available, nor would I quit...even a job I hate...without giving at least two weeks notice.  You may need that job back some day, or, more importantly, you'll need a good reference from them--if nothing else.

  17. ..Dont Show Up

  18. Just walk in and tell them you quit at the end of your shift or whenever its a good time to talk to your manager.   If you're a server or in retail, they will usually fill your shifts much sooner than the 2 weeks.  Just be polite about it and let them know you would rather leave sooner.  You were probably raised better than to burn bridges.

  19. A G00D EXCUSE WOULD BE THAT MY AUNT IS HAVUNG SURGEY IN AFRICA AND I HAVE TO GO AND LIVE DOWN THERE 4 A WHILE SO I THINK I SHOULD QUIT!

  20. your pregnant?

anyway what happens if you don't give 2 weeks notice? -are they gonna sue you?

  21. Even though you may hate your job, you should never leave a job unless you have another one lined up.  UNLESS, you have managed to save at least 2 to 3 months worth of expense money.  That is hard to do sometimes, but sure does come in handy.  If you have been mistreated, or told that you would never move up then I would tell my boss that you have found another position were your talents are appreciated and to forward your last paycheck to your home address.  Or just proceed to personnal and quit, don't even bother to tell your boss.

But if the job has provided you with a paycheck but it is so mondane that it puts your to sleep;  you owe it to the company to give them 2 weeks notice so they can find someone else to put to sleep.  This way you can get a letter of reference.

Either way it is your choice.  But put youself in their shoes, how would you want an employee to leave.
