How do I quit groups i belong to?

I belong to freecycle dot.com &

Almost free cycle dot. com

I am getting too many emails and want to unsubscribe and quit the group How do I do this?

if it's a yahoo group- consider limiting your mail to digest or no mail

to unsubscribe- log onto group home page top middle near title click edit membership- next page very bottom right corner click Leave Group- next page confirm by clicking Leave

if it's not a yahoo group, chec into the site itself for instructions

I don't know about freecycle, but here is how you can unsub from Yahoo Groups:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

2.. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.

login to yahoo, click "groups," click "manage," click "edit my groups," place a tick mark on the designated box of the group that you want to leave, then click "save changes."
