How do I "Extend the date of [my] Question?? There's No BUTTON for it!!

Can't figure it out - new to computers. I WANT to answer questions- don't know how, & want to extend the time allowed to answer my question(s)!!!

There is no way to extend time. They are timed from the moment you first submit. If there were a button, some questions would still be on the site 30 years from now  :>))   I have seen many people that will submit the same question a number of times, but I think that would be bad etiquette. I saw one question 8-10 times, with different people answering each one, What a waste of a good site.
