    yes, to read Hindustan on the web, you need the hindi/devanagari fonts; however, you can read the ePaper of Hindustan by registering (which is free) and then  accessing the paper through the following link:

    http://epaper.hindustandainik.com/Defaul...

    this is possible as the version of ePaper is a pdf file and is not dependant on the fonts installed in your computer.  Hope this helps
