How do I read adult content on LiveJournal?

Question

I tried changing the 'adult content' viewing options but everytime I try to choose the "Do not collapse" for the adult content notice, it just goes back to collapsing it!

Plus, I put my age, which is over 14 (the age limit for adult content) yet it still gives me that notice. Can someone please help me?
