unfortunally even the above answers don't work.  For a few reasons.

1. If you get a job with the local provider they audit your accounts every week to ensure your not playing games.  In fact some providers even REQUIRE their techs to have full digital service (now granted they often get a 50% discount off it).

2. Digital cable requires a terminal to be bound to your account in order for it to work.  Now analog cable is a little easier, Just figure out a way to open your CSE and connect your cable, or pull the trap.  The way to open this i am not telling you.
