How do I record live streaming video?

I've tried WM Recorder, but it doesn't work on live video. Say, if I was watching a live feed of the Olympics, is there any way I can record that video to keep on my computer?

I use WM Recorder to record live encrypted WMV streams all the time, it works.

What settings do you use?  Under Settings, what mode do you use?  I would suggest Adapter mode, and make sure to select the adapter you use for internet.
