  1. Featuring ParetoLogic’s easy-to-use interface, Data Recovery guides you through the steps of finding files and recovering them. You can preview most files before recovering them or even search for text that might be in a lost file. It allows you to sort the list of what is recoverable to easily find what you are looking for. This powerful program scours your hard drive for deleted files and then brings them back to life

    You can find it here:

  2. You can try to recover deleted data with Easy File Undelete software:

    http://www.munsoft.com/EasyFileUndelete/

It uses unique modern algorithms to recover files that other software either recovers incorrectly or is unable to detect.

  3. ask the C.I.A., they do it all the time.

  4. get RecoverMyFiles.

It's a program that can get any NON.exe program out of your  hard drive.

You can get it from thepiratebay.org,ONLY after you have utorrent installed.

Make sure to open with uTorrent and wait for it to download.

Exe files are unrecoverable, even by the CIA,I'm afraid :/
