I know there are sneaker recycling programs, most don't take sandals. Anyone know where I can send em? Trying to be more "Green" nowadays.

  1. freecycle.com

  2. Do you have salvation army where you live? or there is freecycle.org

  3. If they're still wearable (not broken) try to pass them on or place in a clothing collection bin.

If they're broken, there's not much you can do except try to repair them.

  4. P U the patchouli reeks in here.

  5. try www.earth911.org you type in what you want to recycle and your zip and if there is a recycle center who takes it they'll know.

  6. never recycle sandals= they carry the wisdom of the ages== or put um on eBay , telling a tale of how many good things happened to you while wearing and you want to pass um on= if you are lucky enough to find a sweat spot that looks like the Sistine Chapel, well I'm sure the price will go up = bring more green, as you call it== bottom line the sandals find a new home with publicity== when you sell um =wrap them in a piece of canvas tied with a couple of pieces of thin leather strips, one on each end==
