  3. Well, BFH is right, If you are using gas at all.  if you're using a fluxcore, then turn down the voltage a little.

    I believe the recommended argon/co2 mix is 25% co2.  Welding.com has a big forum for just this topic.....and alot of people argue about which mix is best.  Ill bet you find your own.
