How do I refuse someone who wants to be member of the group because he is not really a member of the group?

SHDA group is an association of housing developers and as such we cannot just accept someone who wants to join the group who is not a registered member of the association.

  1. if you're the owner, being the owner, no owner has to give a reason for membership denial. you simply refuse and be done with it, if the e-mail to the owner address, don't bother going back and forth over it. you owe no explanation.

    It is your right to accept or deny for register unknown person. you can refuse it or ignore his email.
