How do I regain my light skin tone?

I really don't want to get any bleaching done at all. Unless its natural and i can get the ingredients around the house. I just really want to regain my skin tone that i had from when i was born till i was like 10 years old. Please help me guys and please no hatred. I'll except constructive criticism but no hatred guys. Thank You ! If you guys need anymore information just let me know.

  1. The only safe and available product over the counter that I know is clinically proven to inhibit melanin is alpha hydroxy acid. While it won't have a drastic bleaching effect, it does lighten and even skin tone. Usually over the counter it's found in anti-aging products, listed as AHA, alpha hydroxy acid or glycolic acid. In the products you get over the counter they will contain 5-10% as where if you were go to a dermatologist to get a face peel it would contain 20-70% alpha hydroxy acid depending on how strong of a face peel you were getting.

  3. Well, you should accept your skin tone as it is. In my opinion, there is no such thing as "too dark". But yea, stay out of the sun and use sunscreen. But embrace your color, don't worry too much. Good luck =]
