How do I register a YAHOO shopping complaint?

I ordered merchandise from a company on YAHOO shopping site in March 2008. I never got the merchandise. I called repeatedly and was told I would be sent a refund, because they don't have ability to credit my charge card, although they had no trouble charging it. It is June 10th - I have no merchandise or refund. The company is RUSH Industries, based in NY. FInally my CC company issued me the refund, but I want others to know about this bad company.

First contact your credit card company and contest the charge right away. Click on the link below and choose Feedback, questions and issues, the form will allow you to contact yahoo to report abuse/
